Welcome to the Kind To Carer's site. I am a family member of someone currently residing in a Care Home in the UK. During my visits, I have noticed that the dedicated Care staff often work under immense pressure for very little pay. The support network at many care homes is abysmal and I feel very strong about this. I have often consoled upset Carer's who just need a little bit of support and a friendly face. I have seen with my own eyes the strains and pressures of caring for human life 12 hours a day. This is why I have set up a site in which Carer's can chat online to others who are feeling the pressure.
